1HUNDRED is the only automatic cooking and cooling device. It performs the entire process in one device. It fulfills 8 functions in one - shocker, preservation cabinet, defrosting cabinet, refrigerator, freezer, food processor, low-temperature oven, steam cooking. It is possible to use slow baking and cooking +100°C as well as shock freezing down to -40°C. It consists of a very durable frame with a HI-TECH insulation system. This new system replaces the classic composition of foam insulation from conventional cooling devices. This makes it possible to handle an extreme range.​ Includes 2kW boiler, reliable and highly efficient steam generator. It allows the removal of moisture and steam using a fan to control humidity in the chamber and a water pump for water exchange cycles in the device. The recipe library will allow the chef to effectively preset the most frequently used recipes and cooking procedures.
