Electric fryers FE E
A more economical alternative to some REDFOX fryers of the FE series, which are characterized by more sophisticated details, are represented by the table fryers of the REDFOX FE E series. The FE E fryers have weaker control element walls that are made of thermoplastic, they have a rocker switch with a plastic cover, they are available without side handles , without protective cover of the capillary body, without handles on the filter container and have a plastic supply cable. Even here, however, the standard is a cold zone, where the space between the heating element and the tub has a lower oil temperature, and as a result, the settled remains of raw materials and food (e.g. flour, breadcrumbs, chips) do not burn and carcinogens are not absorbed back into the food. The oil thus achieves a longer service life and at the same time the frying is healthier and tastier. The double winding of the heating element guarantees a sufficient area for power distribution and heat transfer between the element and the oil.
