Cooling substructures
The cooling substructures are all stainless steel, use R290 refrigerant for cooling and contain an electronic control unit. In the cooling tables, the walls are insulated with a thickness of 50 mm. Temperature control of the refrigerated space is possible in the range of -2 °C to +7 °C. Max. the ambient temperature is +40 °C. The cooling unit is located on the right. The advantage of cooling substructures is automatic defrosting and evaporation of water.
