REDFOX 700
The professional advanced kitchen unit REDFOX 700 is a technologically advanced and user-friendly solution for medium-sized kitchens. The customer gets a powerful professional cooking technology and the acquisition costs are firmly under control. The REDFOX 700 line is an ideal solution for hotel kitchens and restaurants, bars and bistros, cafes and self-service restaurants with a daily volume capacity of up to 300 servings. The upper plates and work surfaces of the partial modules of the REDFOX 700 kitchen unit are made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm. They are thus durable enough even for demanding use. The guarantee of a safe working environment when cooking is the certification of the protection of the control elements against the ingress of liquids at the IPX4 level. The modular system, which offers sub-modules with a width of 400, 800 and 1,200 mm, is a variable solution that allows you to assemble the line according to your own requirements and capacity options. Connecting the modules into a complete line is easy thanks to the stainless steel connecting lamella, which ensures perfect sealing and compliance with hygiene standards in the kitchen. For easy installation, all connecting elements are located on the back of the line devices. You can place the REDFOX 700 line not only in a row along the wall, but also in the central block. In addition, in the case of the central block, a combination with the REDFOX 900 line is possible, which further expands the possibilities for a professional, customized kitchen. The modular system includes powerful stoves and ovens, professional deep fryers, grill plates, folding frying pans, lava and water grills, kitchen boilers, pasta cookers and are suitably complemented by neutral work surfaces and a range of linear substructures. Cooking technologies are available in both electric and gas versions.
