Fry Top Griddles
REDFOX grill plates with a 10 mm top plate excel in excellent heat conduction. Each grill plate has a welded side edge as standard, so each fry top meets the highest requirements for hygiene and easy cleaning. A drawer for dripping fat with a volume of 0.5 l helps with this. Depending on the module width of 330 mm, 660 mm or 120 mm, each grill offers 1 - 3 independent heating zones, which allow greater freedom when grilling and roasting and at the same time substantial energy savings. All modules are available in top design. We offer individual grill plates in a smooth or grooved design or a combination thereof. For every type and size of grill plate, we offer a design made of proven sandblasted steel or with a chrome finish.
