The REDFOX MPD series convection ovens are the perfect multifunctional helper for modern gastronomy. They offer a choice of heat treatment modes with hot air, steam or their combination, with humidification and dehumidification, with a probe or also temperature maintenance. The equipment includes, among other things, double detachable safety glass, multi-speed reverse fan that turns off when the door is opened. A stainless steel chamber made of AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded corners for easy cleaning is a matter of course. Universal drawers on the sides of the chamber allow the use of both standard gastro containers GN containers and baking trays EN 600 x 400. Thanks to the stored cookbook and the "One Touch" function, possible to start a favorite recipe with a single touch. REDFOX convection ovens generate steam by spraying onto the heating elements. Steam is thus quickly available even at lower temperatures. Simple, intuitive operation with a 7-inch display and the possibility of starting with one touch minimize the demands on the operator and significantly save preparation time. Combustion chamber with automatic washing system is available as an optional accessory for REDFOX MPD combustors. This system offers three types of cleaning programs: light, normal, intensive and thus significantly reduces the demands for manual cleaning of the combi oven and saves time and the consumption of water and detergents. The automatic washing system guarantees maximum hygiene in the cooking chamber with minimal water consumption.
