Electric
We offer electric boilers with indirect heating RM LOTUS 900 in standard or pressure versions. A specialty among these boilers are square boilers with a significantly higher volume, namely 270 l or 370 l. The boilers have a top plate and front panel as well as casing made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The double bottom and indirect heating of the duplicator enable indirect heating of the food, which it doesn't burn. The water filling and pressure control system using a safety valve guarantees easy and safe operation. The semi-automatic filling of the duplicator, when the duplicator starts filling automatically with one click, offers easier maintenance and trouble-free operation without unnecessary service interventions thanks to the absence of probes that do not become calcified. The outlet has a conical shape.
