Electric
Electric stoves have high-quality cast iron round plates with an input of 1.5 or 2 kW with internal thermal protection against overheating. Power control using a 6-position regulator. The REDFOX stove has a molded top plate, thus enabling convenient maintenance and cleaning. Modules 330 mm – 2 plates, 660 mm – 4 plates, 990 mm – 6 or 5 plates. With the REDFOX hot air oven, we can regulate temperatures between 50-300 °C, it has a 360 °C safety thermostat, and the 990 mm module with oven has a 90-minute timer and a stainless steel chimney. The professional hot air oven has 4 drawers for GN 1/1 size gastro containers.
