Ranges
Stoves and ovens in the high-capacity cooking line RM 900 are represented by powerful gas and electric appliances, including induction and glass-ceramic stoves. The range also includes gas stoves. Both series offer a wide range of electric and gas stoves, which can be supplemented with a hot air or static oven in GN sizes 2/1, 3/1 or even 2 x GN 2/1. Stoves are available in standard sizes of 40, 80, 120 and 160 cm wide. The assortment includes top versions that can be installed in a line bridge or stationary with a substructure or an oven. The capacity of RM 900 stoves is intended for extreme use. It is also possible to choose from models with up to 8 hotplates or burners. The hotplates are equipped with thermostatic protection, which guarantees safety and energy savings if the staff forgets to turn off the stove.
