Gas
RM 700 gas folding pans are suitable for cooking, frying or preparing sauces. They are easy to maintain thanks to the pressed top plate, which is made of AISI 304, as well as the cladding of the hinged pan. It includes an indicator light for operation and heating. Folding pans measure 80 cm in width and are available in 50 l volumes. It is possible to choose pans with motorized or mechanical folding. Gas folding pans are equipped with nozzles for natural gas and propane butane. Service is provided by simply removing the front panel.
