Pizza ovens
The RM P series pizza ovens are offered in single- or double-level design. These are ovens for maximum use. The numerical designation of the ovens declares the number of pizza pieces with a diameter of 25 to 35 cm that fit in one layer. Each chamber has separate control, upper and lower heating element, upper and lower safety thermostat with cut-off temperature of up to 500 °C and separate lighting of individual chambers. The upper and lower walls of the chamber are fitted with fireclay plates. The control panel is equipped with a digital thermometer. Thanks to the thermostats for the individual bodies, it is possible to individually regulate the temperature and thus guarantee uniform baking on the top and bottom of the pizza. If necessary, pedestals can be ordered for individual ovens.
