Regenerators
Compared to a conventional oven, the heat inside the cooking chamber of the REGBOX and HOLDBOX devices is kept at a constant temperature thanks to the insulated door, guaranteeing minimal heat loss. The controlled steam system of the regenerators allows food to be kept warm thanks to the programmable alternating fan, which can be adjusted according to the type of food and type of cooking. Foods that can be regenerated and kept at serving temperature in gastro containers include, for example, ready meals, cakes, porridges, au gratin dishes (lasagna, pancakes), gnocchi and pasta in general, baked dishes, puddings, stews, stewed meat, au gratin vegetables , stir-fried vegetables and more. It can also be food cooked in foil, containers for canteens and public catering.
