Boiler
RM STEAMBOX convection ovens with a boiler are the perfect multifunctional helper for modern gastronomy. We supply convection ovens in different sizes for different numbers of gastro containers - for 6, 10 and 20 GN. It is also possible to choose between right and left door opening. The digital display speeds up the cooking process and the wheel makes it easier to choose the intensity or recipe on the 9" display. Convection machines can be selected in both electric and gas versions. It includes safety double glass that can be disassembled for easy cleaning.
